300-HOURS VINYASA FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING MODERN VINYASA WITH ANCIENT METHODS This is an advanced course for those who have completed a 200-Hour Teacher Training approved by the US Yoga Alliance. This process will give you the opportunity to express your creativity and unlock your potential. Oriented primarily around a strong and in-depth mentor-apprentice relationship, students will refine their teaching skills, identify their area of expertise and set the foundation to master yoga as a life path. In this 300-Hour Program you will dive deep into Subtle Body, Philosophy, Asana, Teaching Skills and many more. Teaching vinyasa flow and advanced asana Practicing hands-on adjustments Injury assessment and management Understanding restorative yoga and yoga for chronic illness Deeper meditation, subtle body and yoga philosophy studies Tailoring classes for beginners and pregnant women Understanding the business of yoga 4-Part Modular Program: take at your own pace Graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500. *Graduation from a United States Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour training is required to enroll in our 300-hour program. 5 hours Friday afternoon 9 hours Saturday 9 hours Sunday 2 or more yoga classes daily at our studio TRAINING LOCATION Florence, right in the historical center, Italy Via della Chiesa 36r Via Giacomo Leopardi 10 italiapoweryoga.com PREREQUISITE Completed 200-Hour program.
