Our 200-Hour RYT Teacher Training program is thoughtfully designed for anyone looking to deepen their practice, build the foundation for advanced yoga training, or transform lives through teaching. Students learn to teach a Level 1 power yoga vinyasa class, explore yoga philosophy and history, strengthen knowledge of postures and anatomy, and discover Sanskrit and Ayurveda. You can choose from 17 days intensive, 8-9 weeks extended and one-on-one private trainings.
Italia Power Yoga is a beautiful space in Florence both to practice and to deepen your comprehension of yoga. I completed the RYT 200 hr with Silvana and it was a fantastic experience, enabling me with the confidence and skills with which to learn and to teach. I highly recommend the TT at Italia Power Yoga as an invaluable course for life.
Italia Power Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training prepares its trainees to begin teaching the principles and techniques of yoga safely and competently. A deep immersion in the practice and philosophy of Yoga. The Italian Power Yoga methodology of how to share this universe with students is excellent. I really understood the difference between be a yogini to be a teacher
I could not have asked for a better teacher training experience than the one I had at Italia Power Yoga this winter of 2017. Silvana’s dedication to leading an authentic training ensured that we got plenty of hands-on experiencing teaching one another, even within the first few days of our course! The teacher training was very interactive, allowing each of us to share our thoughts and ideas as we shaped our training together, making it work for each individual while also sticking to the given time table. Furthermore, the studio is strategically located right next to a health food store/restaurant where we went for coffee breaks and healthy snacks. Overall, an incomparable experience in the heart of Firenze. Thank you for the amazing TT Silvana, Italia Power Yoga, and all other yogis!
