RYT Teacher Training Starts September 17!

We're offering 200 hrs certified Yoga Alliance teacher training in beautiful Santo Spirito starting September 17!

With the 200-hour RYT Teacher Training course, students learn to teach a Level 1 power yoga vinyasa class, while exploring the philosophy & history of yoga, deepening knowledge of all postures, learning Sanskrit, ayurveda, studying anatomy, and practicing yoga in our beautiful studio in the center of Florence. Because we are located in the Oltrarno area, away from the tourists, we are able to live and practice an authentic lifestyle as part of the community of artists in this area of Florence, and provide an ideal space for a couple months of introspective self-study and yoga practice.

The program duration is 8 weeks, from September 17 - November 5, with meetings three times each week: Wednesday evenings from 8 to 10 pm, and Saturdays and Sunday afternoons from 1 to 5pm. We are open to slight schedule changes in order to accommodate all students.
